“Chinese flower symbols represent the natural nectar that brings growth, fulfillment and new, prosperous beginnings into our lives.

Additionally, flower symbols convey beauty, grace, and perfection.”

It will be a place where taste the culinary art of fine food and drink, high-end food market/mall comprising a variety of restaurants, food and beverage stations, bakery, and retail items.

The landscape and the building become a whole one, shaped like petals under the action of the wind. The integration of the masterplan is elegant and unique. The garden was connected directly through an opening in the building with the river located in the north side, allowing the user a direct circulation between the complex and the surrounding environment. The side wings are grafted in curvy shape with the long front, creating a hollowed volume and with the presence of terraces. In the wings were laid entries with a large main lobby and the double-height volume. Escalators leading to the gallary where are located most of the establishments. At the top we find a luxury restaurant which can enjoy a 360 degree view of the new urban center.

The pavilion is the place where a restaurant of 80 people could eat famous cousine and be enjoy of the artificial lake and the garden around it. It is design as typical old Chinese pavilion built on a plate suspended over the water, and covered by a petal  form as elegant roof. The users have a direct contact with outside made from a glass surface that divide inside with outside spaces.

With the same language is done the landscape alternating green areas of different essences, in areas where park your bicycle, in areas of relax and socialization, to areas in favorable seasons can equip for refreshment.

It is an experience of contrasts - exciting and calming, fast paced and contemplative.

It is an experience of living, working and shopping in an urban place.

It is an experience of descovery, where easch visit yields something new.

It is an experience with changes our perception of what shopping and living can be.

This vision focuses on creating great and unforgettable experiences.
